Examples of an “honorable” vessel:

  • serving dish
  • flower basket
  • pots and pans
  • sweet tea pitcher

Dishonorable vessels are made of wood and clay; meant to be hidden or even thrown away after little use. Honorable vessels are made of gold and silver; meant to be kept and put on display.
