TED Talk: How Great Leaders Inspire Action – Simon Sinek

“People don’t buy what you do. They buy why you do it.”

People don’t connect with the what; the products and services that you provide. What they do connect with is the passion behind your purpose. This video brilliantly expands on this point. I’ve seen it at least 5 times and I just had to share it with you.

Kenny: My favorite TED Talk is a tough one to pinpoint but I love Steven Johnson’s Where Good Ideas Come From, which really speaks to a wonderful sense of innovation in people. Thanks for sharing TED with your readers. There are many great TED-like sites which I have listed at my site VideoTalks.org. May I suggest you look at Do Lectures for starters. Very refreshing talks under 20 minutes. A product of Northern Wales. Thanks again, Jim Melfi, founder, VideoTalks.org.
